“I met Karla during a training I participated in for work. During this training, she conducted a short 30-minute sound bath. It was my first introduction to an acoustic sound healing journey that made me feel calm and relaxed. Throughout the session, I experienced multiple mental, emotional, and physical sensations that left me feeling peaceful and relaxed. As a probation officer for the past 28 years, I have attended countless trainings, but none like this. I enjoyed it so much, I arranged for Karla to come to our juvenile detention facility and offer multiple sessions to our juvenile correctional counselors so they could participate in this unique and wonderful experience. As expected, it was well received.”

Joy.
I do not title myself as an expert in any field. I am simply saying yes to that which is aligned and feels natural to me. All of what I do and serve is with utmost love and open-heart center for another. The sound healing journey has flowed out of me, much like a language that I hadn't practiced in a long time, but quickly came in when activated once again. Ever get that feeling of, "it feels like I’ve done this before”? I continue to study and serve this delicious a potent light and sound language through dedication, study and love.
My heart overflows with joy and fulfillment to be of service to other peoples hearts, minds and bodies. I wish to live in a world where people can step into their most authentic shining journey of life and into their radiant selves. It starts with being a space holder, providing the tools for full healing, relaxation, and awareness. Sound and vibration are key elements of what channel we can tune into as we forge our path ahead. It is with deep satisfaction that I asked my guides how I can be of service at this time upon this earth and for humanity. My clear response back was to work with sound and vibration.
My background:
Growing up in Northern California as a first generation Mexican-American, only daughter to a Korean War veteran and graduate Santa Clara University alumni. I am bi-cultural and bi-lingual. I have lived and spent much of my childhood and early adult life in Mexico City and central Mexico. I’ve travelled and witnessed life from iconic Paris to the rice fields of Vietnam. Some of my favorite memories are watching small children play in the rain-filled potholes and elders playing chess against teenagers in the streets of Havana. Simple joys! I love people. I am drawn to humility, generosity, kindness, and openness in people. I love stories and culture. I am a Sagittarius soul, very much defined by the archetype of The Traveller. I weave my ancestral roots of Spanish and Mexican culture into my spirituality. I am a natural mother, raise my children with love and compassion, bringing rituals into life and magic wherever I go. I believe in fairies, larger cosmic intelligent life, God as a universal force and the multidimensionality of each human being. I believe every one of us has psychic powers waiting to be activated.
More importantly, I am you and you are me. We have more in common than our differences as defined by our outer layers. I am here to be a clear mirror to those around me, love as unconditionally possible, and witness the journey of our humanity together. We are walking each other home.
